If you provide us with an incorrect address, or can't receive the order and it is returned, we will ask you to contribute to the cost of redelivery. Depending on where you are, this could be in the range of 10-15$.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch so we can try to remedy the problem. I strive to deliver successfully on every order but if things are not correct I will be happy to issue a refund, minus shipping costs, providing you return the goods undamaged.
We cannot accept returns on custom items.
Please notify me (bummelstudio@outlook.com) within 30 days of receiving the order, and we will sort out the rest from there.
